Nestled in the magnificent Laurentian Mountains, overlooking scenic Lac Morency, this quaint resort combines the rustic charm of a log cabin with all the modern conveniences of a hotel. This is truly an all-season destination where vacationers enjoy skiing in the winter, and water sports in the summer. At the resort you can rent snowmobiles in the winter & ATV (all -terrain vehicles) all year round. Close to the resort you’ll find sleigh rides, excellent nordic and alpine skiing, ice skating and fishing. In warmer months you can paddle a canoe, hike or fish from the resort’s lakeside location. Golf can be enjoyed nearby.
Each one or two bedroom unit features a bath, spacious living room area, fireplace, and kitchen or kitchenette. Studio units are available too. Guests enjoy barbecued food on a deck overlooking Lac Morency, or dine in the romantic setting of "Chez Hippolyte" restaurant, lounge or coffee shop at the Auberge. Grocery stores and a medical facility are all close at hand.
St. Sauveur, only 12 miles from the resort, is known for its many European-style boutiques and restaurants. Along Rue Principale you’ll be surrounded by shops, fashion boutiques, outdoor cafes and terraces decorated with bright awnings and flowers. Dishes such as tourtieres, onion soup and apple pie grace many of the local menus. On a day trip to Montreal travellers can explore the Olympic Stadium, the botanical garden, the amusement park complex on Ile St. Helene and the Montreal Casino.
